It was 1910 when Ines Rosales retrieved the family recipe for "tortas de aceite" and began selling them at the Seville train station. More than a century later every torta is still formed by hand and baked to perfection. These are flavored with aromatic Spanish oranges. Try them with tea, coffee, your morning yogurt, or an afternoon snack with a mild creamy cheese.
