Harvested while still young, these Manzanilla olives are selected before full ripening to preserve their vibrant green color, firm texture, and bold Mediterranean flavor. Each olive is carefully pitted and filled with a strip of naturally roasted red pepper, creating a delicious balance of savory, slightly salty olives and sweet smoky pepper.

Produced in Murcia, in southeastern Spain, by El Faro, a company with more than 50 years of experience cultivating and processing olives, these stuffed olives reflect generations of expertise and dedication to quality.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer contents to a non-metallic container, cover with brine, refrigerate, and consume within 6 days.
