PREPARATION: Heat the product to consume it. All cooking times are approximate and vary depending on the model of appliance used.

• FROZEN PRODUCT: Remove the packaging to heat the product.
  • Air fryer (recommended): Preheat air fryer to 180 °C (356 °F) - 1 min. Heat at 180 °C (356 °F) - 18 min, 9 min per side.
  • Oven: place on a baking sheet with oil or baking paper. Bake at 200 °C (392 °F) - 26 min.
• DEFROSTED PRODUCT: Defrost the omelette in the refrigerator.
  • Air fryer: (without packaging) Preheat air fryer to 200 °C (392 °F) - 1 min. Heat at 200 °C (392 °F) - 8 min, 4 min per side.
  • Oven: (without packaging) place on a baking sheet with oil or baking paper. Bake at 200 °C (392 °F) for 16 min.
  • Frying pan: Add a few drops of oil into the pan, and heat up to the medium setting. Place the omelette (without packaging) in the pan. Cook for 3:30 min on first side, flip and cook for another 3:30 min.
  • Microwave: fold the 4 corners of the packaging. Heat with the packaging at maximum power - 4:30 min. Once hot, leave to rest and then remove the transparent film cover before serving.

STORAGE: Frozen product. Store at < -18 °C (<-0,4°F). Defrost in refrigerator between 0°C - 4°C (32-39.2°F) for at least 12 hours. Do not refreeze. Once thawed, cook and consume within 5 days. Once cooked, consume immediately.
