STORAGE: FROZEN PRODUCT. Store at <-18 °C.

PREPARATION: Defrost the omelette in the fridge. Put the frying pan onto a medium-high setting for a few minutes. Once hot, add a few drops of oil. Take the omelette out of its wrapping and put it into the pan. Cook for 2:30 to 3:00 minutes (depending on the brand of your plate or hob). We would advise you to use a timer. Turn the omelette over with a lid or plate sprinkled with oil and cook for a further 2:30-3:00 minutes. Put the omelette onto a plate. Leave to stand for a few minutes. It's now ready to eat. And how do I cook from frozen? Turn the omelette over twice, 2:30-3:00 minutes on each side, with the frying pan covered.
