Boletus Mushrooms & Potato Flakes Croquettes, 200g - GLUTEN-FREE

STORAGE: FROZEN PRODUCT. Store at <-18 °C.

PREPARATION:

Defrost in the refrigerator between 0 and 4 °C. Once defrosted, consume before 5 days. Do not refreeze again.

DEEP FAT FRYER / PAN:

• Defrosted product: Place croquettes in oil at 180 °C - 190 °C, 1:30 min.
• Frozen product: Place croquettes in oil at 180°C - 190°C, 2:30 min - It is recommended to fry 5 croquettes for each liter of oil. Place croquettes on a plate and let them stand for 2:00 min.
