Shipping policy
Shipping Restriction: Products that contain or are Charcuterie and cheeses won't be shipped to U.S. If an order destined for a U.S. address contains meat or cheese, these perishable items will be refunded, and items that do not have any restrictions will be shipped to the U.S. destination. Free shipping is not applicable to remote locations, see terms and conditions.
Courier Services & Responsibility:
Courier and delivery services used to ship orders are independent third-party companies operating under their own policies, procedures, and service terms. These courier companies are not owned, controlled, or managed by Solfarmers Inc., and their operations fall outside the jurisdiction and management of Solfarmers Inc. Any issues that may occur during transit or delivery—including delays, mishandling, lost packages, delivery disputes, or service complaints—must be addressed directly with the courier company responsible for the shipment. While Solfarmers Inc. will make reasonable efforts to assist by providing customers with shipping details, tracking numbers, and any available information related to the shipment, Solfarmers Inc. is not responsible for the performance or service provided by the courier once the order has been handed over for delivery.
