This Rioja Reserva displays a deep garnet colour and offers expressive aromas of cherry, plum, blackberry, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it shows layers of smoky, savoury, spicy, and herbal flavours, complemented by a full-bodied, smooth texture, gentle tannins, and a lingering finish.

Food pairing:

It pairs with herb-crusted leg of lamb, red meats, BBQ, and aged cheeses. It pairs particularly well with grilled tuna or roasted meat seasoned with black pepper.

Characteristics:

Complex aromas with an excellent balance between fruit notes of cherries, black plums, and ripe blackberries, and distinctive oak-derived nuances of clove, pepper, vanilla, and coconut. The aromatic profile becomes even more expressive as additional aromas develop during bottle aging.

Smooth and well-balanced on the palate, with a long, lingering finish full of flavour.
