This truffled sheep cheese is an exquisite authentic mature cheese with a powerful truffle flavor and aroma. It is made the traditional recipe in La Mancha, Spain, using raw sheep's milk and layers of black truffle inside.  Due to an artesanal and careful process made by expert hands.

Ingredients:

Pasteurized sheep's MILK, truffle pate (3% min), mushroom 65% (Agaricus Bispora), Sunflower oil, Bolete Edulis 10%, Tuber Aestivum 8%, salt, pepper, parsley, truffle flavouring and garlic, salt, stabiliser calcium chloride, animal enzyme CHEESE CULTURES and preservative: lysozyme (from EGG). Non-edible crust. Contains MILK and EGG.

Storage and Care:

  • Store in the refrigerator.
  • Once opened, keep tightly covered in the refrigerator and consume preferably during the following 7 days.
