This truffled sheep cheese is an exquisite authentic mature cheese with a powerful truffle flavor and aroma. It is made the traditional recipe in La Mancha, Spain, using raw sheep's milk and layers of black truffle inside.  Due to an artesanal and careful process made by expert hands, the rind of this cheese is natural and free of artificial products. It is cured for 11 months that allow the black truffle to merge and provide its nutrients and aromas to the cheese. A cheese that will surprise us with its excellent flavor. Wonderful to accompany it with pears, grapes and Spanish white wines such as Rioja (e.g. Roda I White 2019). SHIPPING RESTRICTION: this product cannot ship to the U.S.
